When we first began, our business only consisted of taking a customer's design, and turning it into art that could be used to produce patches. Many of our loyal customers convinced us to start producing patches for them. Our patch business continues to grow as more and more customers find our products and services to be the best in the industry. Now we are applying the same strategy for our custom cap product. When you order a custom cap, we provide free digital mockup so you can have a visual aid of what your cap will look like when produced. We also provide free digitizing service if you order caps with embroidery designs

Not only do we provide a complete experience, but we also aggressively compete on the prices of our custom caps. It is important to note that our prices include Free Shipping, Free Setup and Design, Unilimited Edits, Free Three places of embroidery and other special options for your custom cap.

We are different than most of our competitors in that we handle the entire sales and manufacturing process in producing your cap order. Most companies that sell caps either are involved with sales and source the production out to another company or are involved in production and simply take orders from resellers of their products.

For example, if you order caps from us, one of our salespeople will work with you to determine the exact requirement that is right for your company or brand. Next our salesperson will work with one of our artists to create a mockup proof for your approval. This mockup proof will confirm the style, size, color and special options for your custom cap.

Once you have approved the mockup proof we send your order to our production staff. Our production staff analyzes your order and they oversee the necessary steps to produce your custom cap. Next they determine which factories we need to work with. This production person follows your order throughout the entire process and does a final quality control check once your order is complete. When your order is complete it is shipped to our warehouse, at which point we deliver your customized order to you either via Fed Ex or USPS free of charge.
