Butler Custom Caps - About Our Company

Butler Custom Caps was created to give businesses, sports teams, schools and organization's the chance to create a completely customizable cap. We believe that caps are a perfect vehicle for expression, therefore you as the customer should be able to communicate your message freely and effectively.

We put the Custom in Customer, allowing you the customer to customize every aspect of your cap including: matching the exact color, style, and size. In addition we can add embroidery from your artwork in any color and absolutely any place on the cap. To further personalize your cap you can add dozens of special options including puff embroidery, customized woven labels, color sandwiching, screen printing and pvc badges. While we try to offer every available option for caps, there may be options we have not discovered yet so if we didn't mention it here you can surely request it.

The process will begin when you send an email or make a phone call to one of our Cap Specialists. Our Cap Specialists will work together with you and one of our artists to create a digital mockup of your cap. Once that is approved we will control every point of the manufacturing process from ordering and cutting the material, to embroidering your design or logo onto the material, to assembling your cap, and to placing the special options on your cap.
