Go to our website and Fill out our Free Instant Quote from or simply call us at 877-647-6447. If you decide to call us, one of our salespeople will work you to determine the exact requirement that is right for your company, organization or event.

2. Fill out our FREE Instant Quote Form

Let us know the quantity of your cap requirement and delivery deadline. Our standard delivery time is 20-30 days, rush delivery is also available in 7-14 days.

Next, decide on what kind of style you would like for you custom cap. Then you can choose from various special options that include puff embroidery, additional woven labels, custom fabric  and more.

After choosing the style and special options for your cap, upload images that you think we need in order to design you custom cap. If you don't have an image available you can send us a detailed instruction of what you want for your custom cap.

3. Mock-up Process

Our talented graphic designers will make a digital mockup for you. This will allow you to see a visual prototype of how your cap will look like. This mockup proof will confirm the style, size, color and special options for your cap. We will also provide you with a price quote to complete your project.

Once you agree upon the price and the mockup we will send an electronic invoice to you.

Once you return the invoice we will begin with the production of your order.

4. Production & Quality Control

We now forward your order to our production staff. Our production staff analyzes your order and they will purchase all of the materials necessary to produce your cap. They determine which factories we need to work with to produce your order correctly and on time. This production person follows your order throughout the entire process and does a final quality control check once your order is complete.

5. Customer Service

Upon receiving a photo of the physical sample you have the choice to either approve the cap for production, or you can make unlimited edits until you are 100% satisfied with your order. Our highly esteemed customer service representatives are always ready to take your call during business hours of Monday to Friday ET.

6. Delivery

When your order is complete it is shipped to our warehouse, at which point we deliver your customized cap order to you either via Fed Ex or USPS free of charge.

7. After Sales Service

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the custom caps you received, give us a call and we'll address any issues you may have with our product.. Our main goal is to provide you with the best products and services available in the marke today.
