How the Process Works

Step 1: Choosing Your Cap

Go to our website and choose from 1 of 15 different styles of caps which includes the Medium Profile Butler, Low Profile Butler, Urban Butler and Visor Butler. Each one of our distinct caps are suited for particular types of organizations and activities.

Decide on the number of pieces that you are interested in ordering, and based on your deadline decide whether you will be placing your order according to our following deadlines: 7 to 14 day turnaround time, 20 to 35 day turnaround time and 45 to 70 day turnaround time. We have different pricing and different production schedules based upon your needs.

Next decide on the type of material you want your cap to be made out of. You can choose from acrylic, light cotton twill, thick cotton twill, wool, wool blend and high performance athletic mesh.

Once you decide upon a type of material you can peruse through our website and choose the color of cap you would like to order based on our catalogue of hundreds of different color options. If you don’t see a color that meets your needs we can provide you with free PMS matching.

Next decide on what logo you want embroidered on your cap. We provide 3 places of embroidery absolutely free of charge, with no digitizing fees. The embroidery can be placed on the front of the cap, on the bill, on the side or on the back of the cap. Our generous offer of 3 free places of embroidery is left unmatched by our competitors.

Once you decide on the embroidery that you want on your cap you can choose from various special options that include woven labels, interior taping, interior screen printing, pvc patches, sandwich screen printing, and more.
