How the Process Works

Step 2: Starting on the Order Process

Once you know how you want your cap to look send us an email with this information or give us a phone call. Of course if you feel overwhelmed by all of the options, give us a call (800-483-3418) or send us an email (customer@butlercustomcaps.com) and one of our friendly cap specialists will help assist you in creating the perfect cap.

Once we provide you with initial consultation on your cap project one of our artists will create a mockup of your cap. This will allow you to see a visual prototype of how your cap is going to look. We will also provide you with a price quote to complete your project.

Once you agree upon the price and the mockup we will send an electronic invoice to you.

Once you return the invoice we will begin production on your order.
