You can choose any style we offer below, we can also add special options to your custom caps that can make your headwear both more functional and beautiful.  Some of these special options are exclusive to only Butler Custom Caps.  Please call us at 877-647-6447 or email us if you would like to discuss these special options.

Embroidered American Flag Cap. Part of the cap is covered in embroidery which extends to the bill. It displays the American Flag to promote patriotism. Add your logo on the front panels to customize the cap. Request for other Flag Designs if you require, we offer free artwork!

Use Camouflage fabric for your cap to add that military look. Available in different patterns, ask our reps for more information.

We can custom dye the cap in any custom color of your choice, and the dye used is also an environmentally friendly dye. The dye used to color the caps is free of toxic chemicals that pollute the Earth and is free from toxic chemicals that harm humans.

Premium Urban Caps - This Cap style is popular among apparel retailers. You can send us unique designs with different combinations of special options. The most popular structure for this cap style is high profile with flat brim, the back closure is usually fitted or stretch fit.

Cap profiles are categorized into three: low, medium and high. This is determined by the buckram or plastic material fused into the crown. The Low Profile Cap features a curved brim and no material is fused in the crown giving it an unstructured style. The crown will lay flat on the users forehead.

Our caps come in a standard plastic snap on back closure, some customers prefer velcro or buckle for a more comfortable fit.

You can select this option in replacement of one of your cap embroidery. An Embroidered patch is the same embroidery on a separate twill material which will be sewed onto your cap.

Interior Silkscreen is an additional design element which we can add to you cap for that extra uniqueness. We will print your design under the caps' brim for subtle fashion statement.

PVC Patch is a great alternative for embroidery design. You can request to have it placed anywhere on the cap, but it is ideal to have it at the closure area or front panels.
